Road Trip.....Roar!!

Ola! Waka waka eh, eh~ (In the mood for World Cup!)

Its the famous night shifters out in the daylight!! *GASP*

Now, what could be interesting enough to make us crawl out from our darkness to the light?? A ROAD TRIP of course! Woohoo~

During the school holidays weekend, Rachel,Chong,Kelly & Mama Tara traveled in the bright light under the hot blazing sun to Ipoh! Cool huh~
We almost melted though haha ^.^v

And, this is no ordinary road trip....we are actually on a mission to energize those tired drivers out there...*super hero theme playing*

Our first stop was Ipoh, so along the journey, we energized the drivers taking a break at the Rest areas! (Did you know that Red Bull improves alertness during long distance driving? *nods head*)

Upon reaching Ipoh, we began energizing tired individuals around Ipoh in suggested locations. Among them was the fire station, office buildings as well as F&N office itself! Wuuuuuu~

The next day, we continued our road trip heading to Penang Island! Waaaaaaaaaa~ ^^

Instead of taking the bridge, we went by ferry! ~ Why?? We have our reasons *wink wink*

Once on board the ferry (besides enjoying the breeze), we energized the drivers on board as well! See? Told you we had our reasons...hihi

After the ferry ride to the island, we made our way to Rapid Penang terminal where we targeted all the bus drivers waiting for their passengers. All that long hours of driving needs a lot of endurance, and thats where we come in! *grins*

Oh and on the FINAL day, WE.....made our way back to KL :( aww,shucks~ thats the end of our weekend road trip...boo hoo hoo...we want more! (Kidding)

For our road trip we went on to Mersing, JB...uhuks~ lolx

We journeyed up to Kuantan via the Karak highway...(uuuu..heard loads of ghost stories bout this highway, good thing we traveled in the morning heehee)

On the way to Kuantan, we energized drivers at the rest stops and laybys along the way.. It was a long & tiring journey but have no fear we had Red Bull to keep us alert on the road! waka waka.. :)

Huhu~ in Kuantan, we saw loads of old school stuff eg: the petrol pump! and they had weird road signs such as preventing those from littering & respecting pedestrians! haha...their road signs was BIG as well..almost twice the size of those in KL...coooool~

We managed to grab the opportunity to energized drivers at the Kuantan bus station by pretending to ask directions to Mersing (we already knew it hihi) from the station master! From there we got permission to sample the bus drivers. Wuahahahah - yes, aren't we cunning ;p

Done in Kuantan, we then continued our journey on to Mersing via the bumpiest road ever! HAHAHA. It was a really funny sight watching mama Tara (who was the lightest) flying up & down on her chair. Muahahaha...oops, sorry. *giggles*

We all breathe a sigh of relief after that bumpy ride & was just plain glad our butts survived the war....(drama queens.. -.-")

Aha! Once in Mersing, we targeted people at the jetty/pier and energized them with Red Bull as well!

Mission accomplished for the day, we headed back to the hotel to grab some Zzz's before our trip back to KL the next day.

P/S: Just so you know...there is NO such thing as maggi goreng in Mersing! Every place we went to just gave us blank looks when we ordered! *faints* lolx

Introducing Our New Member ' Beetie '!!!!!

^^Hi Hi everyone^^

Here we are again, ME Team from MIRI who are just back from Brunei. This trip was very fun since 4 of us went to Brunei, namely Siew Siew, Candy, Mary, I, Chris and our darling......^^

This trip involved sampling at two interesting events in Brunei. They were Tug Of War and HSBC Charity Cycling. Tug Of War is a traditional sport in Brunei, each team is made up of 10 pullers excluding the team manager.Most of them are musclylar and strong.........

You see, isn't he muscular ??????

But muscles and pure power alone cannot ensure victory......Tug of War requires team work too..^^

The next day is the HSBC Charity Cycling event, it is also also the first day our pretty Beetie is being showm to the public. Many people are very exciting when they see Beetie, most of them take picture with her too.....so famous on that day....so jealous...haha...

In this event, all participants were cycling from Kuala Belait to Sengkurong. Total is 108KM.......Therefore, our Redbull is very important to them, to help increase their physical endurance and boost up their energy........ For this time, our cooler boxes are very special..... they are big Redbull tin..........

After finish all journey, first thing they need is

An uNfOrGeTtAbLe AnD aMaZiNg SaMpLiNg tRiP To "DIGI LIVE TOUR EXTREME"

A warm greetings to everyone once again...........representing the ME GIRLZ in kuching who are now back in action.

Well, our trip this time was very fun since it was an event organized by Digi called Digi Live Tour Extreme and it's hittin only on 8 selected cities......Well, kuching is one of the selected and first cities they chose to start their tour..............Cool huh????? So we are gonna be the first to start our story on this cool event............

PRIZES (all location)
1st - RM700 + goodies
2nd - RM300 + goodies
3rd - RM150 + goodies

These are the prizes given away...........considered not bad but really tough.......since they need to battle till the last......tiring....

This picture was taken a while after we arrived................She was so excited that she had forgotten to bring the paper left by Miss Liew for us in which it contains the name and phone no of the person in charge.......Mr Chan and Mr Saiful............either one will do.........
We got so nervous when we couldn't get to Mr Chan and we was like walking around asking for Mr Chan or Mr Saiful, and guess what....one of the Digi promoter led us to her colleague which coincidentally his name was also Saiful.....hahaha, but in the end we still managed to get Mr Chan and from there, we started our journey to hunt for our "preys"...............Lol............I felt like as if I am in the movie winter sonata just without the trees alongside the road............lol =p


Wow, it was quite crowded and a lot of hawkers selling variety of food and drinks along the roadside...........

We started off by sampling Mr Chan whom I thought might be a middle-aged person, but my eyes proved my thoughts to be wrong and he was quite young............From there, we went off to sample the judges who were busy watching the dance competition........but we were able to distract them and do our sampling........

The stage where the battle is held..........Mixture of participants.......Malay, Chinese, and other races joining in the battle too.....no doubt we are in 1Malaysia......once the music is on, the participants on the stage starts their battle to see who the better dancer......

There are also skateboarding and Bmx, but was only there for the demo..........

We took a break after 2 hours of sampling by taking a short walk with my couz......not more than half and hour as everyone is looking for us and even announcing looking for red bull drinks...........Lol........
Thereafter, we continued our sampling........till the event ended at 6.30pm.......such a long and tiring hours especially under the hot burning sun........... but its all fun :)

Not much comment on their b-boying since we dunno anything about it.....

METKK Update 16-06-2010

Hi :)

This is kinda late ~~~~ but a while back we were at KGC (Kinabalu Golf Club) to sample during the VP Tournament! Thank you Mr.Valerian for making the arrangement for us !~



The weather was really weird on both days as it was sunny in the morning but massive downpour in the afternoon till we have to cancel sampling at other location. On the 2nd day, Leo the mini decided to died on us so we have to manually use our coordinator's car to load everything and rush to the event T_T



The players were suprised to see us but they are glad that we are on site ready to sample them with chilled Red Bull ! Since the main prize on that was was RM19,000 cash if they can score a hole-in-one, we cheer them on and wish them all the best too..i wonder if anyone win that money :D

Quote of the day was "woah~so sweet" so we suggest them to add water with RB to reduce the sweetness.


Fiona was in need of chilled Red Bull after 2 hours work ..heheehe

Last weekend, Siew Siew and I went Brunei as Miri Team also covers sampling of Brunei. Bruneians are very friendly and sporting, and they like Red Bull very much. They are very happy to meet our ME girls. Some of them even want to buy the RedBull T-shirts from us ^^, but sorry, the ME shirts are not for sale...........

Sepang 1000km

Vroommmm VROOOooooommmm~

Ola! Here we are again...
Wanted to blog on this event for a week now..too caught up with energizing the town.
Tee hee~ Forgive us *bows head*

Anyways, we were at the Sepang 1000km race for all 3 days (scrutineering, qualifying & the race itself!) to support our very own Red Bull Rookies..!

Had loadsa fun, meeting new people, racers and of course...checking out the cool COOL rides!
Makes one feel like racing too! Haha

We spent all our time there buzzing around, energizing the drivers as well as the hardworking crew..we were even allowed in the PIT! Woohoo~ Jealous? Don't be.. ;p

METKK Update 03-06-2010

Last week we drop by the event Burnout360 Drift Challenge at KK Port for sampling.. woaaah the event is so happening (but the weather was SO SO SO hot T_T..our skin color already go darker one level even with sunscreen...we heard later in the afternoon it WAS RAINING) and there were many cool cars there. We were so excited !!

We sampled the drivers, organizers and the media that was around..informing them on the various benefits of redbull and how it can pretty much change their life (MUAHAHHA..)..all of sudden this one driver was like 'do you know that i even put redbull on my engine so that it can have more power?'

We were like O_o !!!

He was not joking tho! Look !


We had fun at the event and we learn a lot! I don't think we'll dare trying adding RB on our engine tho..is that a legit info? How cool is that if its true right ?
